My Story

I am a native Ohioan but have called Connecticut home for many years. I attended Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara, CA, but I returned to friends and family in Connecticut. I was drawn by the four seasons, great people, as well as dynamic culture and history.

I began my career at Burndy Corporation, but the desire to apply my skills and creativity to commercial and portrait photography led to opening a studio in Stratford.

Why am I passionate about photography? Photography captures the spirit of people, places, and things through a lens, and I perfect the images through the latest techniques and technology. The reward is seeing the satisfaction in clients’ responses. I like people, and that connection is visible in the work I do.

Community

I have served on the Boards of the Red Cross (Chairman), Habitat for Humanity, Stratford Chamber of Commerce (past Chairman and current Board member), Sterling House Commission and past member of the Sterling Golf Tournament Committee. I am currently a member of the Longbrook Park Commission and also have served on the Stratford Economic Development Commission and Stratford Ethics Commission.
